in Regeneration worked in Speke & Garston schools to tie in with
the opening of Peter Fink's Mersey Wave
sculpture that will act as a gateway to South Liverpool.
G-Litter
The
Liverpool bid to become European Capital of Culture gave opportunities
for AiR's training programmes to interact with the city's ''Goodbye
Litter" festival, with visual arts and performance modules
of the work producing images, costumes, percussion and dance which were
presented in the city centre finale event.
Learn to Play Play to Learn
A
collaboration between AiR and Surestart Speke, a pilot programme was
devised to encourage creative, accessible play
between parents and young children in the Speke area.
